So, Japan next season
gnarly-dude replied to gedem's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
But people aren't generally clear headed and rational about these things are they. Great to hear that the risk is really non-existant Go Native. Do tell how you know these things, I'm sure we are all most interested. -
That was the 6th Greatest Comedy Sketch? A bit of a stretch. Never heard of that series though. Will look for more now.

Wonder how the general feeling will be come October/November if Tepco are still faffing about with no real results over in Fukushima. That's surely going to be the point for a lot of people (less gnarly than ourselves of course ) -

If I remember correctly, when you first set up the Wii you have to put in your address/area. And your choice is.... Japan. -

My knees are actually starting to give me a bit of grief this year, actually before winter came. Have held off going to some nasty doctor type as it isn't real pain but it hasn't cleared up and so I might just do that. You're right though knees should be made stronger! When I see some of them wiggly skies doing the moguls. -
What's everyone watching now?

Incredible Hulk. The original tv series. Friend of mine has the box set and I have watched a few. Actually much better than I remembered it being, and less 'action' - it's actually pretty good. -
Poor stout and cheap chocolate. Oh dear that really doesn't sound good at all.

The mid stations serve a purpose. One being letting people off and the other for example in the case of Nozawa a chance in direction allowing it to be longer. Personally I'd rather take a lift and not need to keep on taking gear off.
