  1. the crusade is being run by some die hard Brosnan fans who knows more about HTML than Bond.
  2. i feel that if i give out a 10 my search for the perfect movie will be over. Casino Royale has a few flaws. that flash forward (is there such a thing?) with Vesper and Bond in the shower confused me, it must have been a flash forward because Bond had no blood on his shirt. but i never found out what freaked Vesper out. she was alright in the Poker scene that followed the fight (in the movie time line) so something must have happened in between the poker game and the shower thing. maybe i'm just slow. Bond also manages to kill ....... with a nail gun with no air hose attached Bu
  3. TOP MOVIE!!!! I was very close to handing out my first 10 vote on IMDB yesterday, gave it a 9 though, would have liked Bond to be a bit more "British" Casino Royale is top entertainment. Bond is back. who would have thought Bond could come back after Brosnan drove that ridiculous invisible car handed out by that fake Q character played by John Cleese. Anyone spotted Richard Branson in the movie?
  4. boardbaka, your mail address is on public display in your profile, check your prefs and hide it. hardly SJ's fault.
  5. Mantas, drugs are already "readily available" for our children (i don't have kids yet btw) It is not a question about " adding (drugs) to to the list" as long at there is a demand the market will be supplied. Quote: I don't have all the answers, but I believe the current level of illegal drug use would increase with any form of regulated supply as Thunderpants suggests. But Mantas, facts suggest that you are wrong. 1. longer prison sentence/stronger law enforcement does NOT reduce crime. that is proven again and again. it will raise prizes on drugs though, and thereby
  6. I have yet to read one convincing argument why drugs should be illegal. Dear Ocean11 pointed out my own opinion very well in 1 line of text. Quote: Well the drugs being illegal didn't help in any way now did it? There is NO proof that legal drugs would make everyone into crack smoking rapists. statistics from Netherlands suggests that weed smoking is slightly lower than in Denmark f.x. Copenhagen police has recently removed a 30 year old well established hash/weed market , result: gangs are now at war over the leftovers. often there are shoot outs in the streets. 110% stu
  7. if you don't use a router, you need some good pppoe software. the XP one is ok to use, but this one is the best imho. http://www.raspppoe.com/ Get rid of any junk Tepco and/or NTT provided you with, read the instructions carefully, install and get on with your life
  8. hmm Google is easy. enable Google to set a cookie on your system. (if you don't know what cookies are, go read some manuals;)) click on the little link that says "Google.com in english" after that you find the "Preferences" link on the front page (just to the right of the search field) and set your options: Interface Language and so on. At the bottom you click save prefs. your preferences will then be saved in that cookie. It is possible that you need to lower your browser security for Google to set a cookie. Microsoft.com i am not sure about. but for a start you could
  9. Ocean, at least you can enter japan. I am not allowed to do that, even though i am here already (fully legal). Early Cuyler, if you get caught here, you are in a lot of trouble. Kiss 3 months of your life goodbye, if you are lucky.
  10. have you tried http://192.168.0.1/ username and pwd i don't know
  11. First of all, Wiggles is quite right. should be done from provider. It is possible to do with most webmails also. check if you have webmail, and set up some forwarding from that one. Or (if you want to keep your pc on all the time) open your outlook, go to "Tools" menu and click "Rules and Alerts" have fun in there it is super easy, you can set up rules for every possible event. a really cool feature from the best mail client in the world
  12. Kuma, thanks a lot I think i will do just that. that will give me a good excuse to go up that way. could you PM me his contact info please
  13. Just got back from the hospital with a quite depressing diagnose. I have been suffering from strange sensations in the left side of my body for some time. The Doctor suspected sclerosis, and i have been thru MRI's, spinal taps and various other tests. The good news is that after my last MRI of the lower spine , there is no sign of sclerosis. The bad news is that i have 2 (!) herniated discs in my lower back. A quick Google reveals that up to 30% of the adult population have, or have had herniated discs, so i guess some of you folks have tried it too. I have back pain
  14. Hi LX I am in the same boat. lately i have noticed these stickers But i am not convinced that this will be a guaranty that vista will run smooth. I remember the launch of Windows 95. Microsoft claimed that iw would run in 4 mb of ram, however after a few months MS admitted what the beta testers knew, 4 mb was totally unsuitable. Vista will be out in 4 or 5 versions. That sticker doesn't say which version will be suitable. Furthermore you will probably not be able to get a cheap, legal OEM version of vista if you buy now, unless you can negotiate a deal with your co
  15. Hippy music? i've got 2 good suggestions for you: try some old Moody Blues stuff. really great music. Folk singer Mason Jennings is good too. I had to respond to your Jack Johnson post I get nauseous just thinking about him.

  17. Life Aquatic is a fine movie, i liked it too. Jackass 2 is too anal, not enough skating. liked the last joke though.
  18. My wife put all my nice wool hiking socks in the dryer yesterday, they have shrunk from size 28 to size 2.8. For a moment i considered divorce.
  19. Please be rude! ..and sort your incoming mails "By Sender" when you get Outlook. You can synchronize your contacts and calender with your SpudPod
  20. spud, i promised to get back with that auto complete-hell you are going thru. i have been trying real hard to find out where outlook express stores those names, with little luck. It is easier with outlook (the version for grown up's) I think nicknames are stored inside your address book itself, but i really don't know. deleting your address book every time you start up your pc probably wont make you happy. Me being a geek? well you judge! challenges are fun though
  21. i don't think there is any new stuff from him. i listen to No cure for cancer and Lock'n load only discovered him recently
