There's a shop here that buys them for semi-decent prices and they stip them down and sell on the parts. You're never gonna get much for an old one, but its better doing something with it than it just gathering dust. Just remember to format your drive before giving to someone!

Half Life 2 - I never could get it working on my (well above min spec) computer. It just wouldn't work and I've heard of many many people having problems like that, and with the ridiculous setup they have (Steam? I can think of some jokes). The PC game I'm looking forward to most is Age Of Empires III, it looks awesome.

Tis fun I was up there last year as well. Enjoyed it.

Seen quite a few people with what look like fluffy headphones over their ears. They look warm, but very girly.

Getting back to the warming up. The worst thing about winter sports for me is all the fuss in getting there, getting the gear on and getting on that first lift. It's more than enough for a warm up all that lot.

Got me mits on one of these. Incredible screen as everyone seems to say - but it really is true. It just looks so good much more than on any picture. You just have to see it. It really blows the GBA/DS out of the water this thing, if the games are decent I think it will really damage the nintendo handhelds.
