  3. Hey, I'm still doing the jogging thing every evening and eating better/less as well. Almost always hungry. But I am losing weight. How much, I don't know but everyone can tell so it seems. My next question - can anyone help out? About how many calories do I - mid-sized male in his late 20s - use up in a day? If I am NOT doing any exercise, just going about living normally? And how many calories will I use up by jogging 30-40 minutes every evening, 4+km? Can anyone give me any insight at all? Many thanks!

  5. Going well, but not THAT well! I am just trying to lose weight, that's it. Got to admit though that I'm actually getting to enjoy it now I can run without stopping for 4-5km and feeling as though I can go more
  6. We have a place nearby that do delivery and their pizza is really really good. And about 20 choices too.
  7. Never been and not very keen to either. I'd rather go to that new place in the middle of Tokyo with the mega coaster.

  10. Anyone know of any. I tried one that was something like "70% cut" and it was just like crappy fizzy water. Anyeone know any diet beers here that are at least drinkable!?

  12. Great big long thing with hundreds of legs and 2 massive TV antenna in my genkan this morning.

  14. Well the running is gradually getting easier. I don't think I'm losing so much weight yet, but I am running 6 nights a week for about 30 minutes. Will the weight suddenly just disappear overnight
