I had a guy try his Arnie line on me once at a party back at college. I'd never seen the guy, he came up to me - very drunk - and came out with his line... "fancy a shag?" I burst out laughing, it was classic, never forget it. The guy wasn't all that bad too, but he found it difficult to look me in the eye after that. I don't think he remembered it, but his friends did.

"The Clooney" gets the thumbs up from me. "The Willis" doesn't. Obviously need to see the case in point before making a final decision, but generally and given the limited options - grey has to win by a long shot.

I enjoyed MI2 more than MI1, which I didn't rate at all.

Rental at resorts always seems really expensive. Quite often good new gear though, at the places I've seen. Then you've got the roadside 1500 yen deals that seem much cheaper. But are those roadside deals giving you 10 year old gear or what? Anyone ever use them? (I have a friend visiting this winter and just pondering in advance)

White Stripes are cool. Saw them on the MTV awards thing yesterday too. Anyone seen them live? Do they do it all just the 2 of them?

I hate hearing that every other sentence. It really gets on my nerves. Is it cool? I don't know. Just sounds to me like the people saying it aren't capable of saying anything else...
