My friend is a Back to the Future fan (understatement), and will be having the new DVDs of the movies sent to her today. She's have a "party" to celebrate tonight, and I have the dubious honour of being invited.......suppose it MIGHT be fun?! !?

It seems we have lots of Paris bashing going on. Well, I've only had good experiences there too, and I've been 4 times. Paris gets a big and from me. To all those people who have had "bad" experiences there - what about other places? Are you saying that you've never felt badly treated in Japan, or anywhere else? Or do you just hate French people (for some unknown reason)..? French blokes are generally far sexier than Brits as well. Maybe that's what the problem is?!!

This is just from a Japanese friend right, so no need to get excited. They told me last night that they had heard (from a friend of the dogs ) that the 3 month forecast for Oct/Nov/Dec is a mild October, then a cold Nov/Dec (with more than average snow on the Japan Sea side). Just thought I'd pass on the hopeful semi-'news'. rach

I was the same, worried about lift lines and the rest. But I have had an amazing time in Japan in winter. I usually went to Hakuba for 3/4 days at a time, and hardly ever experienced overcrowding - go on a Monday and you have the slopes to yourself, even at the big places. Cheers!

So you wanna wreck roads then mogski? I'm shocked! My friends (who usually take me out) have tyres. Chains sound awful screeching away, they must really damage the roads..

And here I was thinking I would be doing the board thing before December anyways. Oh well...
