  2. Dry humping the drink trolley? Maybe the trolley dolley not the trolley itself Actually this flight I managed to win MILLIONS playing Hold 'em on the in flight computer game. Wish I was actually in Macau, would have been able to retire.

Most of the ones in Japan are in Coolmax for runners. Japan sizes are pretty small/short too. Compression gear is very common among runners. Even Paula Radcliffe uses compression socks. I ended up with 2XU brand apparently better than skins as a bit firmer. I rate
  5. I try and run 5km at least once every 2-3 days and then do lunges, stairs or squats with push ups and bridging or sit ups. Gotta be in condition to enjoy your time on the snow. 2-3 days sometime becomes a week though due to other time pressures. Just bought some compression pants as well to help with recovery if needed
  6. Well the GoPro comes with waterproof casing and the Contour does not so for snow go GoPro. Contour probably easier to mount. Both same quality but GoPro has wider angle at full HD capabilities. I got a GoPro Footage on GoPro is great GoPro footage
  7. I am still a bit miffed at JAL from last time I flew with them. Service was good, though plane was old... however our group of 4 were seated together and chatting, and laughing (all in hushed tones I might add) just a little excited about our trip. We were then given a stern talking to by a crew member with a furrowed brow and shushed. We were 1hr into the flight and it was 10am in the morning WTF! We sat there in stunned silence for a bit, you could here a pin drop... the whole way to Japan. It was like flying in a library. What's up with that.
  8. That was nice. My download stopped and paused the vid just as you were hitting the flat but it looked like you were actually bottoming out and were going to eat it... then you launched NICE!
  9. SUHWEET! You're gunna tear up Niseko Mitch, see you there I see a GoPro any video? Is Connor wearing Pink?

  11. Loaf of bread, the data you use when using your phone is downloading the maps. They are generally not stored on the phone, each time you use it it downlaods the maps new each time. For your in car GPS the Maps (data) are all already STORED on your GPS device. The actual Satellite to phone or GPS data for positioning is free for both. The map data is what you pay for...

  14. Island row hit Japanese tourism to China Any effects the other way? Doesn't seem so for winter in Niseko going on comments on this forum

  16. Will have to see if I can rotate my high backs, not sure if the base model Streets allow much there. One of the reasons I started thinking on it a bit more was because of forced knee bend. I tend to bend less at the knees and more at the waist when the terrain gets a bit steeper. Not good. I need to concentrate on my style the older I get, and the older I get the more I bend at the waist WTF. Not sure what is going on there... Not as far to fall ???
  17. I am all over everything else Snowboard after Ippy's epic thread BUT.... FORWARD LEAN: Never really paid much attention to it myself usually leave it right out but have gone crazy and pushed it up a notch. Anyway I want to set up my new bindings on my new board, so need to pay more attention. Just curious on what people like... More on back than front? Just match your boots? Whatever is comfortable? or Set it up and get comfortable with it? What else....? STANCE ANGLE: I have historically had about 10-15 front and neutral - 5 (pos: toe fwd) rear but have

  19. Yeh well motivated those guys! Check out Teton Gravity Site for lots of cutting room floor stuff too... bit average some of it, still keen to see the whole movie. My Board is FINALLY on the plane. Pre-ordered on 7 Sept expecting it to be sent on the 17th. Long wait not that I needed it, just wanted to wax it and sleep with it (Nisoko told me too )
  20. Firstly I love forecasting, keep it all comiong, helps get me through the time before I get to where I am going. Having said that if you are not lucky enough to be a local, it is exactly as Jim says and depends when you are there and what you get. But you cannot long term forecast a 2 week period with any accuracy, you can guess but that's about it. Even a week out things can change. Bang for buck... it has all got to come together especially if you are on a short term holiday. Though best bet for snow is (as stated) January. A lovely local Nihonjin told me definitely January-Febru
