damian 0
Spear or Pepper? And whats the friggin difference?
snowboard_freak 0
I get them confused, but i think spearmint is a bit sweeter. Its not as strong as peppermint. I prefer spearmint most of the time. Go and buy some Tics Tacs and then you'll know for sure.
damian 0
Thats good input SBF, cheers. I have thought of another one, so now there are three: Spear, Pepper . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . and Cool.
snowboard_freak 0
Cool aye. Hmmmm not sure on that on. I know that there are Cool mint Mentos. They sound like they would more refreshing than spear or peppermint.
damian 0
Don't go doubting me on Cool. It is as legit as Spear or Pepper.
snowboard_freak 0
No doubting db as i have seen them myself. I meant i wasn't sure on what the difference was from the other two. What about mint? Just normal mint. Is that a seperate flavour again? So many minty questions.
Stefan 0
SMINTS....did you know they are also a mild laxative. a friend of mine once bet his younger sister she couldn't eat a whole pack. the greedy little thing gobbled the lot....no prizes for guessing where she spent the next couple of hours! cal 6
Strong peppermint. And mint sauce on lamb
IIIII 2
Spear is much better for me - a nice "cool" taste. Love those big green mint sweets
enderzero 0
I prefer Spearmint of your limited choices...but what about: Winter(green)-mint Doublemint Cinamint Chocomint C'mere-a-mint ????
amandanism 0
of your limited choices peppermint. i also like wintergreen and cinna-mint. that sprite ice minty-esque drink is vile though.
snowboard_freak 0
That Sprite Ice stuff is just terrible. It first popped up here about 3 months ago. I can't believe they actually produce a minty soft drink. Stupid idea if you ask me. I've never heard of the last 3 mints on your list ender. Cinamint i'm guessing is cinnamon and mint flovoured. If so that sounds rather...........intereting. Chocomint - chocolate + mint? Do Junior Mints fall into that category. Those things are gangbusters. Or are you talking gum flavours here. As for C'mere-a-mint - i've got no idea what the hell that is.
damian 0
a little restraint people. these johnny come lately inventions of confectionary companies are not varieties of mint. they are other products with mint added. choco-mint is not a type of mint, it is a type of chocolate. I have also officially removed teh Cool variety from the list as well. The world is as it should be, with two types of mint: Pepper and Spear. cinnamint indeed!
Ocean11 0
> The world is as it should be, with two types of mint: Pepper and Spear. Bigot.
damian 0
The union between some deviant confectionary and a mint flavouring is not deserving of the status of a new variety of mint.
sam_casper 0
the green extra its umm spearmint.... but when it comes to chocolate i think peppermint is better? mmm all the same hey!?
guzzlers-baps 0
After Eight. Spearmint is hard to beat though.

Goemon 0
Quote: The world is as it should be, with two types of mint: Pepper and Spear. Such closemindedness when there is a veritible potpourri of naturally-occurring mints to choose from in this world. There are over 200 named varieties of mint. One source points to over 600 existing today. Expand your mind and your mint, Mintman db.
enderzero 0
The many uses of mint. Quote: Mints are stimulant, aiding digestion and reduce flatulence. I learn something new every day.
