rach 1
I don't care what smokers do to their own bodies. It's when it affects mine that I have a strong objection.
indosnm 0
Smoker says "May I smoke?" I always reply "No" They really just don't know how to handle that because they think coz they've been nice and asked that even though I hate it, I'll say yes..

damian 0
Damn, you who are so holier than thou, let a guy smoke if he wants to! I agree, smoking in a confined space is selfish and rude and seeing misguided teenagers smoking junk cigarettes is a worry. However a quality pipe, cigar or natural rolled tobacco smoke at the right time, such as after a good meal, is a pleasure. I dont smoke. But I used to and I still hate the demonisation of smokers rights, which are equal to a tenis playing missionary-position non-smoker's rights for smokeless air.
gamera 0
I had smoked more than 20 years but quit in April 2004. Now I'm completely okay with smokeless situation.

kintaro 0
Holier than thou is the smoker's attitude! Smoker: "I derive pleasure from this so go fck yourself if it bothers you...and oh yah, when I'm done with this cigerette I'm going to throw my garbage any where I want." Inhale smoke, exhale smoke...now repeat. Sounds like a lot of fun. Ranked right up there with the wits of sniffing glue. I don't care if smoker's smoke in their home's or bars but don't litter and don't bother us non-smoker's when we are enjoying nature!
damian 0
Drink beer, buy another one, drink beer, buy another one..... glue sniffer. I agree with your last line. Selfish smoking habits are in the same bag as selfish dangerous driving habits. But hating smokers is always seen as such a righteous do-gooder thing.
Thunderpants 0
This might help + Jesus fvcking christ, everybody seem so tight up these days.
kintaro 0
I don't hate smoker's. Both of my parent's have been smokers for a very long time and we have a good relationship. But I never enjoyed riding in the car with them while they are blazing away on their cigerettes.
snobee 0
le spud - the delights of lighting up the good stuff after dinner sounds a dangerously habit forming ritual which could develop into a full blown (sic) religion. And this demonization - is that like with devils as in hell's devils??? Sorry
kintaro 0
I don't care for beer but don't mind those that do unless they are spitting it on me. Capiche?

Oh dear, I am always horrified when I see this. Forcing second-hand smoking on your kids for the sake of your own pleasure. It is quite impressive that you are not a smoker yourself given your background.
TheOrange 0
I think I didn't start smoking because of growing up seeing my grandparents smoke and cough their way through their latter years. It was painful to watch.
thursday 1
Kintaro, I think it goes like this: The waste from taking a drag on a cigarette is the exhaled smoke and ash. The waste from a beer is piss. Now I don't go around pissing on your face and up your nostrils so why do you blow your cancer into my face.
damian 0
There are no social costs to drinking? Thats right, as harmless as eating carrots. >>pissing on your face and up your nostrils... Quite a few popular porn sites have pictures of women doing just that as they smoke a ciggy.

Yuki's Passion 1
Thunderpants, I loved Dennis Learys NO Cure For Cancer tour back in the day...that was funny! I dont understand smoking. People start and they cant quit. Why? Cuz the freakin companies pour so much shite into the cigs so you CANT quit. WTF? Wonder how many people out there used to smoke and were able to quit. Wonder how many out there wanna quit but just cant kick the habit. Some people who smoke cigs have a hard time quitting...yet its legal. Some people who drink get violent, drive drunk, and other such stupid things...yet its legal. Some people who smoke a joint get the munchies...yet its illegal. I just dont get it
