phill2810 0
A few of us are heading up to Hakuba for the first time this weekend and just wanted to pick people's brains for any good bars/places to eat up there - the more lively the better :-) Also if anyone has been anywhere else in Japan and found the ultimate in apres-ski, would be great to know - seems to be lots of information on snow conditions etc. but not such much on things to do once the skis come off... snowboarding maniac 0
Hey there! This weekend is the 2005 Nagano Ski Trip in Hakuba and there is a party on the Saturday night. Should be a good one. Enjoy!! Check this link: http://www.naganoskitrip2005.com/party.html
cheeseman 1
The ultimate apres-ski would be a cheese fondue party. Everyone gathering and having a fun time round the fondue, eating the cheese-related foods. Not only would it be fun, but also delicious and nutritious.
boardbaka 3
Some people were talking about a Virgin cafe on Happo (where you can apparantly watch football on cable TV!) try a search engine for it.

keba 0
Warren Miller says that in the intro to "Journey" - "Let's get our freak on..." does sound odd coming out of the mouth of a 76-year-old, though
Oyuki kigan 0
The biggest nightclub in Nagano is in hakuba. Its pretty cool, although the name has changed since i was there. And Kurashita no Yu is a great hotspring to go to.
