mattlucas 0
I also skied this little line Really fun and quick to get up into. Got cheers from the people sitting on the balcony eating and drinking beer. Real Hero turns.

mattlucas 0
This is the reason I keep going back into this valley. So many lines. The really skinny run lookers right of the point peak in the middle is next on the hit list.
mattlucas 0
This is most of the line that is shown on the first page. It's the one with the dirt streak. You can't see the middle finger that I used to access the ridge and then ski down. The top of the middle finger looking into the gut of the couloir. Looking back up at the middle finger
mattlucas 0
Woke up really early on sunday and skied this line. I had thought it would be skinnier and was hoping it was. Just a little bit dissapointed. Maybe I should have skied the shady line on the left. Looking down from the top of Sundays line. Fun but not as skinny as I had hoped. Roger's head 0
Toque. On these trips how much skiing time do you actually end up having? I suppose much of your time is spent climbing etc.?
Fattwins 0
id say 95% is hiking and 5% is sking if you think about time. but you arent there for time you are there to bag the biglines. nice pics again
mattlucas 0
Well I did 4 runs. I'd say I had about 30 minutes skiing tops. And that is being really optomistic. Do you count skinning as skiing? Then I'd have hours upon hours

I think you'd be just fine. I should have said Spring though. That is backcountry time. When you can find smidgets of leftovers in the mountains and ski them, you've got it down. Great pics man! mattlucas 0
Thanks for the confidence Plucky. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I may even enjoy spring BC skiing to winter skiing. Powder rules but I'm really enjoying couloir skiing right now. I just have to get the experience to combine the 2 of them.
