By the way, it looks rather like a dinosaur, doesn't it? A dinosaur with a tattoo of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin on its hip, perhaps.

 

Hint: It has something in common with the dinosaurs and Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.

Thanks, when I saw the Lenin reference and i googled russian and japan I came up with a fascinating topic about the Now defunct RussianTheme Park in Niigata which only lasted 6 months. There are some amazing pictures here

I was gobsmacked on what was left behind lot's of valuable equipment - It is as if everybody had to get out quick.

Yes sorry I was in a bit of a rush.

 

The Shinkansen station on the right of the photo, I immediately thought it was Fukushima so went to maps and just whizzed across to find the skijo.
