Jynxx 4
Interesting to see how over developed over supplied real estate turns out, and the amount of marketing and entertainment that goes on. Better than living in Las Vegas for sure. Or Canberra

gerard 6
It does look kind of cool. I'd be a little worried about it sinking into the sea though. Literally, I mean.
thursday 1
It was kinda interesting: Own your part of the world. China looks very dodgey, and what? only one island for Japan? But, the suckers include: The first developed island is owned by Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher. The $7 million piece of land was gifted to him by Dubai’s crown prince, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and is located in the Arctic (although I’m sure he would have preferred Germany). <---- well, not sucker, though the Chin may want to distance himself from this steaming pile of... Richard Branson said to have bought England, Rod Stewart, Scotland. And nobody else foolish enough. The project stopped in September. Halted, ran out of dosh. Now, the only island completed is the one owned by the Sheikh, (for the Chin?)
