rach 1
God that was one of the worst United displays I have ever seen. The fact that we have no defence doesn't help!
grungy-gonads 54
Very grim Was kind of surprised to hear about the City boss. I like laughing at City but didn't have too much against him - not like good ole Rafa.

scouser 4
Liverpool of course way down there, but if 1 team has/had gone on a really good and sustained winning streak, the title would be decided so early this year. Everyone is dropping loads of points. Could still be very interesting.
thursday 1
Chelsea are keeping it close on purpose. Just so that they can be pipped at the post. Good one lads.

pie-eater 207
Quote: Wigan's Premier League match at home to Bolton Wanderers this evening has been postponed because of the severe weather conditions in the north-west. Heavy snow over the weekend has made roads treacherous in the area, although the playing surface at the DW Stadium was deemed playable. Apparently, as much as 5cm in places!!! thursday 1
Quote: Manchester City’s Craig Bellamy considers transfer request over Mark Hughes sacking The 30-year-old striker was one of several players - including Shay Given - who wanted to raise their concerns with City chief executive Garry Cook on Saturday evening after they were told that Hughes was out of a job. His replacement, Roberto Mancini, will be presented to the media today and will be bombarded with questions about the nature of his controversial appointment. The Italian already has to quell a player revolt at Manchester City over Hughes’s sacking – the Welshman was popular with the bulk of the squad – and his first task now will be to try and get Bellamy to stay with the club. Bellamy arrived at Eastlands in January in a £14 million deal from West Ham United and has been one of Hughes’ most successful signings. The pair have a strong relationship having previously worked together at Blackburn Rovers and Wales. Bellamy is not the only City player disillusioned by events, with Given and midfielder Gareth Barry also understood to be particularly angry. There have been suggestions that striker Carlos Tévez – another who greatly admired Hughes – may also want to leave but, at present, that is believed not to be the case. Mancini’s first game in charge is the Boxing Day fixture against Stoke City. yeah, yeah, yeah. Who else would hire you.
