BagOfCrisps 24
Both The Daily Mirror and The Sun reckon ManYoo are ready to bring Sol Campbell to Old Trafford in a bid to ease their defensive crisis. According to The Mirror, 'United are ready to offer Campbell the chance to train with them instead ahead of the transfer window opening on January 1 to asses the veteran's fitness. And United boss Ferguson may then offer Campbell a six-month contract until the end of the season.'

RobBright 35
Well at least Arsenal had qualified top of their group anyway, so the result wasn't important.
scouser 4
At least Torres survived the game. Grim results this year though.

pie-eater 207
Quote: Rafa Benitez rounded on his arch-critics Graeme Souness and Jurgen Klinsmann yesterday and derided them as managerial flops who had no right to question his record as Liverpool manager. After crashing out of the Champions League with their lowest-ever points tally in a group stage, Benitez had to contend with Souness warning of ‘meltdown’ at Anfield and one-time Liverpool target Klinsmann pointing an accusing finger over an apparent lack of progress. Rafa blowing off some steam. Lets hope we get more of that and some more fachts to laugh at.

rach 1
Just been reading the redcafe thoughts on this. General opinion seems to be that a draw is most fun for United. Best fun result would be an Arsenal win, but any result fairly acceptable for a United fan. I'm hoping for an Arsenal win.
