The Brazil forward is already said to have agreed a four-and-a-half year contract that would match his £160,000 a week Eastlands deal. All that stands in the way of the £33million transfer is the personal approval of City owner Sheik Mansour, according to Barcelona-based newspaper Sport, which is seen as being close to the European champions.
