I think I've pretty much given up hope on any decent snowfall now. For the official "Snow Country" (this area of Niigata) and what we are used to, it has been a lousy season. snowdude 44 Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 Only been around 6-8 degrees here last few days, with lots of rain, more like a cold rainy season here, not the clear blue skys Tokyo usually gets in winter. "When the snow will disappear" date announced Yuzawa - 30th March Hirogami - early April Both 1 full month earlier than usual, according to the report.
