ianbc 0
"Huge amounts of snow last night, reports ranging from Happo 60 cms on top to Tsugaike 170 cms." is this real? 170cm please post pictures!

muikabochi 208
Perhaps the part "reports ranging from..." is important here.

Yuki's Passion 1
Im pretty sure weve been out there after 100cm dumps, two years ago...that was an epic week. BTW, if youre gonna do some mtn biking in Kyoto area you can crash at my pad Ian.
tsondaboy 0
I can verify at least 50~60 cm fallen only on Friday and Saturday up the top of Tsugaike. If you take in account last nights snowfall, more that 100 cm sounds reasonable.

NoFakie 45
Waist deep at Happo this morning! (chest deep for FT) A lot of SJers on the hill too, the noboarders included. 45cm easy since Sat morning at my place, near Goryu base. Its looking like a warm Christmas though. Kingofmyrrh 0
Snow at Happo yesterday was almost too much for me... thanks to some city-boy incompetence (thanks Hiro!) our group only got up there at about midday yesterday, but my body was still in pain from digging myself out of the powder on Saturday and we arrived just in time for the sun, so actually it was great. Got lucky and didn't take any tumbles near flatter bits... wading through that stuff to the next steep section would have been torturous.

Great day Diz, Kuma, rye-dog, jer, mr wiggles all waiting in line near the front. At one point we were about 5th in line but everyone was letting mates in that had lined up for tickets. As we did the same thing you really cant say anything nor want to say anything.
