SKI 15
Well, you don't have a PS3. So it would be better I had the extra copies.
RobBright 35
GG - just checked hong kong website - using premium speed post, the game should arrive either today or tomorrow, if it was shipped yesterday.
grungy-gonads 54
"The item will commence transit with Hong Kong Post within 2 business days." That doesn't sound too good though does it. Unless they mean it should arrive within 2 business days. Anyway, I didn't pay for any kind of extra postage, I used the default whatever that was. So mine will take longer if the default is some kind of slower option. Don't like that site actually.
RobBright 35
ah, yours will take an eternity and a day then.

JellyBelly 1
I prefer Forza
RobBright 35
Why is that JB?
JellyBelly 1
GT is just too nerdy. Forza just feels like more fun. Suppose that is the best way to explain it.
grungy-gonads 54
Get your GT5 going Rob? Impressions?
RobBright 35
Am enjoying it - there is so much to take in. The go-karts have been brilliant, especially online with some friends. The career mode is expansive, and the levelling up and then being able to buy cars is interesting, if not a tad annoying. I want my Aston Martin NOW! so far a solid 8/10 - but this game is HUGE>
grungy-gonads 54
Yes the go-karts do look fun. Not got my copy yet. Perhaps today or tomorrow?
RobBright 35
And got the nascars too - those are big beasts, like turning a tank!
Thundercat 60
Re: Snowboard games I gave that Shawn White game a go the other night. It is incredibly cheesey... having to listen to Shawn White made me want to jam the controllers in my ears. I also found it incredibly frustrating to try and figure out the controls... games like that should be intuitive but instead you have to spend loads of time reading the instructions to try and figure anything out. I might give it another go some time... might not. Really not all that impressed.
SKI 15
Has there ever been a good SKIING game?
Thundercat 60
Wii Family Ski Resort is pretty fun actually. You can use the balance board or sit lazily on your couch and control it. It's very cartoonish but quite entertaining (especially after a few beers!)
grungy-gonads 54
GT5 has arrived. Bit busy tonight but will get it "installed" - heard it takes 30+ mins? - and then have a go tomorrow if not later tonight.
RobBright 35
Nice gg -install times vary apparently.Mine took 20mins,well worth it but still does small 5sec installs throughout the game.
grungy-gonads 54
Rob, have you downloaded the extra cars using that credit-card like cars code thingy? Says that you need a HK/China account or something. Any tips?
