scouser 4
Well I was hoping to gloat over a Chelsea beating this morning, but not to be.... Battle for 2nd place looks like it's going to be the most interesting.
rach 1
I think I was hoping for a draw on that one, if a win I suppose a Chelsea win was preferred.

scouser 4
Well that Chelsea result was a bit of a shocker hey? A good one though. Let's have more of that.
giggsy 0
Yes a good result that. A bit too late mind... but we can only hope.
scouser 4
Yes I think it might be a bit optimistic to think Chelsea are having a major problem. Looking forward to the game at the weekend.
rach 1
I sense some kind of trouble..... the scousers are really going to push Neville Neville's son, lets hope people keep their cool.
uggggllllyyyy 0
According to a recent survey the three hardest words in the english language to say are. Come on Chelsea!
scouser 4
Good game over the weekend.... feel sorry for Alan Smith though. I think every report I read used the word "horrific", sounds really bad that one.
rach 1
We played rubbish, Liverpool deserved to win that. And poor Smiffy, that does look really bad.
scouser 4
Not as bad as first thought perhaps so the papers say today. Did you see the pic on News of the World rach of his ankle? Hurt just looking at it.
giggsy 0
It looked really bad. Good to hear that it might not be as horrific as first thought.
bobby12 0
champions league night, really looking forward to tonights games and the massive one tommorow chelsea vs barca. theres bound to be some drama in that one, one way or another. shame they dont spread out the games across the whole week - i really want to watch the real madrid vs arsenal game as well as the liverpool one tonight. wonder what the odds are on liverpool to take the title again? scouser 4
Well we have a goal to catch up now, but I'm sure we can do it.
bobby12 0
That was truly horrific - I hate it so much when teams sit back and get shafted all game then somehow grab a lucky goal. What is going on with our strikers? We havent looked like scoring with our front men since Owen left. Bringing Fowler back was over sentimental, no-one wants to say it but lets face it he isnt good enough to be in this liverpool team. It was a good PR move but he hasnt impressed me on the pitch in his apperances so far. I think Morientes needs some kind of shock therapy or something to bring him back to life too. Grr... scouser 4
With you there bobby. Not impressed. 2nd game is at home though, so hopefully we can get a couple and go through. Great Henry goal there for Arsenal - just saw it on tv now.
bobby12 0
Enjoyed that Chelsea game - divine justice prevails as they get a man sent off following a bit of play acting. Hard to see them coming back from this with 2 away goals against them.
scouser 4
Yes that sure was a good result.
rach 1
Theres a good article about Liverpool - United hatred over on 365, worth a read http://www.football365.com/opinion/f365_opinion/story_177967.shtml
bobby12 0
For me, I hate Chelsea 50x more than I do Man Utd or Everton. Last night was the first time in my life I have wanted a british team to lose in europe. The main reason is that they have beaten us so much recently, apart from the big one in the champions league last year, but also some of the things Jose Morinho comes out with appalls me. He was talking so much crap last night in the post-match interview with sky, he looked like he was gonna cry any second and his english made no sense at all. He was trying to make some kind of snide attack on Sky for how they reacted to the Robben dive but it just came over as gibberish.
snowbender 3
Jose is a poor loser thats for sure. He was asking for a replay or something absurd like that.
rach 1
He makes for good headlines though does Jose. Anyway whats with the lack of live Carling Cup final tonight on the tv. I can't find it on any of the listings. Not happy about that.
BagOfCrisps 24
You didn't watch it rach. You'll be happy with the result.
giggsy 0
And the benched "van Niselrooy to go" rumours have already started!
