gorilla 0
The heat in summer. The "we are special" underlying feeling in society. Shaken. Oishii programs. Just a few there!
oo 1
The heat in summer really is the thing that I dislike most about Japan. The rest I can cope with. It's just sweating all the time.

snowdude 44
Has to be summer for me, hate sweating constantly throughout the summer here. They way Japanese can be so indecisive about even trivial things / Not giving clear answers.
RobBright 35
The inability to walk in a straight line. The disdain for other pedestrians when walking down a narrow path. Drivers who don't know what a red light means. dawdlers who deserve a punch in the head. Stupid **** parasols in summer and the users blatant disregard of others.

Jynxx 4
Interesting that the banks seem to piss off most gaijins. I wonder why? Never got to that myself but is it just because we get used to it ? (the customer service oyaji walking around, and basically doing nothing, why isn't h behind a counter? and having to wait till you are called..) maybe worth a new thread? Tubby Beaver 209
What gets me Jynxx is that this country has all the high end technology and gadgets, fridges that tell you your out of milk, baths that fill themselves up and maintain their own temperature, mobile phones that can be used as payment cards, they lead the world with this kind of stuff BUT they can't get an ATM to work 24hrs or all banks to accept international tranfers??!! WTF is up with that??!!
thursday 1
unless you're used to banking in a first world country, you won't notice the difference.
