Uniqlo's heat-tech: 2 base layers & a fleece, cheap and good quality, buy on arrival at Narita. Buy a decent jacket and bring with you, also gloves and goggles, a helmet if you're nervous. If you're heading straight from Narita to the mountain, I'd buy at home and bring with you.
