  1. I think Kanda in Tokyo has a number of snowboard shops. I found that gear in Japan was cheaper in comparison to the UK, dunno about Oz though.
  2. I had an awesome time in Sydney for Hogmany (New Years Eve) 2003-2004, although these english **** tried to start a fight with us and threatened to throw us in the harbour.....yawn, all talk no action!! Other than that tho, it was great!!
  3. I've a strong scottish accent and Americans (and Japanese) have problems understanding me, which gets right on yer tits after a couple of pints. I obviously talk a little different in class, so the kids can understand, but I think its funny too when you hear your accent or vowel sounds when they speak back to you. hahaha, I corrupted all these kids in their effort to speak english, they'll be well received in Scotland though!!! hahaha
  4. Proper bacon rolls!!!! Oxo cubes!! (you can use Knorr cubes instead but its just not the same) Sausage rolls and steak and gravy pies....mmmmmm
  5. TBH I don't see it as stealing. As long as they keep making sites that you can download from for free I'm gonna do it. Why pay for it if you can have it free?
  6. Just had Tanabatta this weekend, how good are Jaga Bata's?? deep fried (ok I'm Scottish) Baked Potatoes in that yummy light but sweet Tempura batter, covered with salt and slathered in butter!! mmmmmmmmmmmm............a heart attack waiting to happen, but they are just sooooooo good!!!!

The Glasgow accent is what most people consider to be the standard scottish accent, how wrong they are! I'm from Dundee and would never want to sound like a person from Glasgow, not that my accent is any better, just I hate the Glasgow accent, its so whiny. Gets right oan ma tits big man!!

Right now he's only doing Margheritta's but is branching out soon to toppings. He has Garlic, Chilli peppers
  10. haha, yeah but they were from a different country. Britain was occupying their counrty, but they are still murthering bstards!!
  11. I set it as my wallpaper. With all this heat and humidity, it relaxes me when I se it!
  12. the connecting bus isn't that bad between Heathrow and Stanstead, but 20 quid is correct. You won't get cheaper I don't think.
  13. To all the gaijin here, what food do you really miss from home that you can't get over here?? there are so many actually for me...... fish and chips, HP sauce, Kebabs, Galaxy chocolate, Walkers crisps, Irn Bru, decent cheese, proper bacon, sausages that aren't frankfurters..... I could be here all day!!
  14. hahaha. That's me, hair everywhere!! I had a hairy chest when I was 13!! The only reason i didn't get stick from the other kids at PE was because the hardest guy in the year also had a hairy chest and was in my class. We used to laugh and say that we were REAL men, hehehe, we were 13!!!! **** that for a laugh. I decided then and there that I was just gonna be hairy. Doesn't do me any harm, I can't even see it on my back!! Although in this heat it is a bit of nightmare:D

I wondered if you meant with the IRA and shit in the past. But in this respect, the UK hasn't spawned them, they have come from the Middle east. They weren't a product of the UK's secular government. Thats more what I meant, the benefit from US than from any Iraq benefit
  16. rush Hour 3 is being released this august, I will go and see that. I like the Rush Hour movies, they're fun, easy watching movies!!
  17. Yeah, Gingers get a real hard deal, just because their hair is a different colour. I've never understood that tbh, why don't brunettes get it, or Black haired people?? Its not as if its an uncommon colour, well not for me since I'm from Scotland and there are thousands who are ginger. I didn't really think it was attractive, but recently I have a thing for Ginger women, dunno why. Strange i think its weird what people give others stick for. People who wear glasses getting called specky and other stuff, what a weird insult!!
  18. mmmm.....cheese!! The funny thing is back home I don't eat so much of it, but here I crave the shit!! What I would do for a block of crumbly mature cheedar, oh yeah!!
  19. I've got 6 glorious weeks off!! I'm just gonna relax, perch myself on the edge of a beach bar, get a large frosted glass full of beer and watch the world go by, I love summer!!!
  20. Koh Samui is beautiful though. Even if it is all big hotel developmets now. I preferred Koh Phagn ngn (spelling??), a lot more rustic, all beach huts, sit sit back and laze as the world hurries by. I meant to go for 3 days (full moon party ) but stayed for 10, even then we had to peel ourselves away, time was running out on our trip. Its cheap as chips and the people where we stayed were so friendly. The trip across from Surat Thani was pretty eventful. We arrived at 6pm to get the ferry only to be told that everything was cancelled because of a massive storm in the gulf, we had to stay in tow
  21. West Ham say that they've had no contact about Tevez moving, he is still their player and he is expected to report for pre-season training after the Copa America.......there may be trouble ahead!!!
  22. Just watched Die Hard 4, I thought it was pretty good. Sure it doesn't have any layers of storyline, but its a good old action movie made with the 80's action movie feel with a 21st century cyber storyline. Sit back, eat your popcorn, no thinking, just watch John McLane blow shit up.....awesome!!!
  23. hehehe, yeah. My dad's school was run by Marist brothers (kinda like Monks) and he used to say loads of the same stuff went on. My primary school was just transferred over from Nuns when I started school in 1984. But the head teacher and some of the other teachers were still pretty psycho, this was the last year of the belt being used. i remember getting punched in the back from a teacher in the dinner hall because I was talking during lunch!!!! She used to wear these giant rings on her fingers that I'm sure were worn only so she could inflict pain when she punched!! Catholic school really set
