  1. especially since they are all schoolgirls…..the Jimmy Saville police would've been round ur way!! It kinda looks like Teine Highland…..but there are a few bits that are off that makes me think it isn't….BUT I'll say Teine Highland anyway
  2. Yeah, I have 3kgs of summer weight to go to get back to my pre-summer weight……
  3. you can get beetroot in the international shops. Sometimes they are in a can but not in vinegar….just brine, other times its in a glass jar and in vinegar….mmmm

  5. Echigo Yuzawa would probably be a decent bet. Year round onsen town so I reckon the ryokans and onsens would be good. It's close to a lot of different options for skiing/snowboarding
  6. me too TBF, the guard showed a lot of restraint…..as did the 2 guys who intervened. I think the last guy was straining at the leash and the cameraman knew it. Apparently the cameraman is also in the nick

  11. Been seeing quite a bit of yuki-mushi around recently.....seems a few weeks earlier than last year...folklore has the first snows falling about 10 days after they appear......that'd be super early if it comes true
  12. Bloody foreign zombie undead laser-sharks stealing our jobs and benefits slowing up this typhoon!! They must be is censed and apologise issue!!
  13. The Dail Mail is awash with letters from irate readers, there's also a suspicion that it's blood sucking, job stealing, benefits junky foreigners who are to blame for the typhoon's slow progress
  14. I'd love to ride a motorbike.....I like the chopper style ones.
  15. Poland beat Germany 2-0 That's definietly put a spanner in the works
  16. You realise how far away Iwappara and Niseko are....right? Iwappara I think like 1 day and you'll be done with it.....even as a beginner. It's good for beginners because it's basically one big wide slope. So you have plenty space to get your turns in. But once you do that and are confident, I think you'll want something more fun. Near to Iwappara there are loads of resorts of all grades that will help you progress. Niseko is of course great but it's a fair trek from Niigata!! If you've factored in the days travel then great. Around Sapporo there are a couple of ski resorts, Teine Oly
  17. Yeah I would say Yuzawa has enough.....it's not 1 resort, its a town with a bunch of ski hills nearby.
  18. It's for über-hardness-look-at-me-I'm-so-gnarly-ness Probably rides it naked
  19. It is bloody good. Down in Tokyo for a friends wedding this weekend, local convini has my favourite echigo beer, Red Ale....
