One thing's for sure. If you want to contact Amazon, get them to phone you and speak to a human*. It will probably still frustrate, but the copy/paste email 'suppose' only drives you up the wall. (* not proven but probably at least half human)

Another thing that annoys similar to this. Speaking to a Japanese person, in the decent Japanese, when you are accompanied by another Japanese person. You ask the shop person a question. The shop person answers the Japanese person you are with - not you. Arrgghh! It's so rude.

That looks heavy. My parent's one back home is ridiculous, the weight of the thing. My Mum can hardly drag the thing around now, in fact I don't think she does - it has become a Dad job.
