    One of the great things I enjoy about staying over somewhere is taking it real easy and soaking a few times a day. Would always choose to stay somewhere with./close to an onsen

    Not sure, but is it the skijo between Muikamachi and Tokamachi... what's it called Muikamachi Ski Resort or Minami?

    Yes I can see that too. You'd think the spam dudes would try to increase their chances though by having something that makes even a bit of sense!

    Yes the Chuetsu was in Ojiya area and the Chuetsu-Oki was out in the sea. Both quite close. If I recall correctly, it was a shindo 5+ both times for Kashiwazaki.
