The snow continued through into night time yesterday but eased off overnight.

Now this is more like it!

Beautiful clear blue skies this morning.

First up. Kagura is closed this morning. Strong winds being the reason.

We got rained on in town last night but that thankfully turned into snow overnight. There is a fresh (thin) layer of snow on the ground around town areas.

There was some rain and then a little snow overnight down to town levels in Yuzawa.

We got some more snow yesterday - some rain too, and some thunder too at times.

The very long season comes to an end today.

The weekend brought us some borderline hot weather on Saturday and a mix of wind and rain that closed Kagura for the day yesterday.

The Kagura resort remains open, via Mitsumata Ropeway.

It was good to see some sunshine yesterday. It was bright and kind of hazy.

Rain varied yesterday - easing off at times during the day time - and then got heavier in the evening.
