Some spots of rain yesterday evening in places, it's still relatively mild but thankfully light snow is falling this morning with.

Nice weather yesterday and while it was a bit milder... not too much.

So the snow did start yesterday morning and by this morning there's 38cm of it on the measuring point.

It snowed some more overnight, giving us another total of 24cm of fresh snow measured since yesterday morning.

Well, yesterday during the day it was snowing but it didn't really amount to much at all in terms of new cm.

The skies gradually clouded over during the day yesterday after that clear and beautiful start.

The skies have cleared and it is a beautiful morning. Blue skies and sunshine.

More snow fell yesterday during the day and there's an additional 10+cm overnight, for a total of 22cm for todays report.

Well, yesterday might not have been as much as we were expecting, but we sure got a lot of snow this morning.

OK so we did get some rain yesterday, quite heavy at times too.

Another 5cm of snow overnight after 9cm during the day, so 14cm to add to the report. Ski areas are reporting 10-15cm.

There might well have been snow falling in central Tokyo yesterday during the day, but it was bright and sunny here at the same time.
