Tonight was chicken breasts roasted in a cheese and wine sauce and mushrooms. For the last 10 minutes of cooking, put some crunched up potato chips on the top.

 

With some wine and a good cheese platter to finish off. It was not only delicious, but also nutritious and fun for both myself and cheesewoman.

I had a brill pizza last night - a new shop opened up fairly nearby and they do really good ones. A nice thick base, lots of topping. None of this expensive 1mm thick rubbish that some restaurants dish up.
