IP 0
My g/f told me last night that my teeth were stained. Took a look in the mirror and lo behold, more yellow than white. This vexes me. I'm not interested in shining white, but now my g/f said that I want to do something about it. Any simple steps can be taken? Advice?
enderzero 0
Everyone and their mother is whitening their teeth in America right now. Over the counter remedies range from whitening gum, toothpaste, and even dental floss, to brush on gel and whitening strips that you leave on for 1/2 hour at a time. If you want to take a more drastic approach you can buy home bleaching kits or go to the dentist or an oral cosmetic specialist to get it professionally done. Good luck with that... you vain bastard. grungy-gonads 54
I have a friend who used White Strips (?) or something, they were 30 minute a day deals. They did actually make quite a difference. Give them a go. (You vain bastard! )

Curt 1
Tons of kits on sale here, as enderzero said. It's getting to be an obsession. I'd concentrate on losing weight before going to all these lengths with the teeth.
sweetaz 0
Sorry...i have to disagree. I'd rather go out with a chubby guy with a fantastic smile(white teeth) than a thin guy with a set of teeth you could catch gingivitis off!
