muikabochi 208
Strange request maybe, but does anyone know of any "ride over Tokyo" helicopter ride service??
gamera 0
No, have you tried it in google or yahoo?
tsondaboy 0
I see some adds in the subway from time to time but never thought it would be useful to note down the number or the hp. I will keep it in mind for next time I come across it. sorry muikabochi
Yuki's Passion 1
In all seriousness Muikabochi, everytime I have flown into Tokyo all Ive seen was a big and dense ring of smog engulfing Kanto. Youd probably have a nicer ride around Fuji/Kawaguchiko than Tokyo. Just my 2 cents
LiquidX 0
A ride round Fuji would be good
scoobydoo 0
I wouldn't mind taking a trip round Fuji/Kawaguchiko. Interested to hear if anyone knows of anything.
scouser 4
That would be a good present for a visiting family member. (And me of course, got to take them along!)
mattlucas 0
You guys have to be rolling in the cash to consider that a good present.
mad-as-a-nut 0
Surely it would be considered a fantastic present, not good. How much would something like that cost anyways?
brit-gob 9
A lot. I would guess a few man for a short journey.
mattlucas 0
Helicopters are extraordinarily expensive In Canada they were round about 1000 an hour so about 70-80,000 yen Japan they might be more. Might be less.
Thunderbird2 0
Wow, thats a lot. Would be awesome to do that though
big-will 7
I've done a bit of looking round and can't find anything. I'm sure if there was something it would be cheaper than 70000 yen though, back home you can do the same kind of thing for less than half that I think.
montoya 0
did some research for someone a few months ago, he was flying into Narita and wanted to catch the F1 race at Suzuka that same morning. A charter heli would cost 1.5 million yen one way for about 2 hours/6 people max. He ended up not doing it.
js 0
Try this website: http://www.honda-air.co.jp/top.html I can't read Japanese, so don't know if they're based near Tokyo.
farquah 0
You can do fairly cheap rides around Tokyo Bay. Friend did it as romantic present for his girlfriend one year. Think about 7000Y per person. But don`t quote me on that. Lasts 40mins I think if I remember. But no idea what compant was called. Def. Tokyo Bay area though.
