Seems there is talk about putting a new Gondola where Center 4 is and the Mizuno no Sawa course will be open this winter, without much changed at Higashiyama. The closed areas havent been changed so much. Also heard that Hanazono wants to add a Gondola but rumor has it that Harmony cant afford to do put it in until the following year if not after. mattlucas 0 Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 Went up to Norikura for a good hike. Snowfield is almost gone as I said before. But a few people are still out there. It looks like with about 20 cm's of snow it should cover up the smaller rocks enough to ski an area larger than the snowfield is In August most of the basin was covered in a ton of snow. I remember something called a Z-pac(k) for colds/flus and the like and was usally fine in 24 hours. Really really potent stuff it was!
