The card company didnt want to give me an english speaker so the first time i did it in japanese. that guy wouldnt tell me the dollar figure only yen. it took 3 calls to the same guy to finally get a supervisor that spoke english. that guy had the sense to just clear up the mess. after that i emailed the bc store again and the didnt check their mails. so they sent a mail canceling the order again. then i emailed them again with the info and said to back check their mails. they did it and found out that i had emailed them on friday.
