yamayamayama 2
You know what, my ears seem to get real cold out on the hill. I feel I want to cover them up and wondering what's out there that keeps your head parts all warm and toasty. Not too mad keen on head masks (!) but if they are the best I might have to take the plunge. Any ideas/pics of osusume items?

gamera 0
The problem with anything covers my head is the size! A 63cms headgear is hard to get in Japan:(
guzzlers-baps 0
I think it's time we saw this freakishly large head, gamera!
rachael 0
Get one of those masks that basically cover your head with just a hole for your nose and eyes. Then put a hat on. You might look like a bank robber, but it'll keep you warm.
brett_jackson 0
I've got a beanie that's long enough to cover my ears just fine. I've been told a beard (for guys, obviously) is a good way to keep your cheeks 'n chin warm. But a mask as described above is probably the best bet.
NutteyCubey 0
Seen quite a few people with what look like fluffy headphones over their ears. They look warm, but very girly.
tsondaboy 0
How about one of these cute little thingies??? They will keep your mimis warm for good and the Japanese girls will surely love them!

gamera 0
Hum.. Perhaps it becomes for teenager school girls but not for '40ish oyajis ! lol
Markie 0
Yeah, I don't think you'll ever see me actually wearing one....but I do have an incredible collection of Hello Kitty paraphernalia!
cheeseman 1
I have a mask that covers most of my head for cold days. It doesn't look that good, but hey, who cares - as long as you're warm!
Yuki's Passion 1
I wear either a toque or a helmet and then have a turtle fur neck warmer that is really nice - keep it covering my mouth. Only part of my body that is exposed is my nose...look a little like rudolph sometimes.
xxx 2
I recommend a face covering mask - they make a big big difference.
brett_jackson 0
Quote: ....a turtle fur neck warmer So, the turtle this fur comes from - is it from the inside or the outside of it's shell?

mattlucas 0
Although Yamakashi already mentioned it I have to say nothing will keep your ears warmer than a good Toque
Markie 0
I believe you Toque, but I still don't want to bring you along on my ski trip to Switzerland this Friday, so I'll have to bear with cold ears!
IM 0
Especailly in windy days, my ears freeze, too. So I bought a very thin beanie, then my torque. That pretty much does the job. Another idea is Blaclava. MontBell sell the one that is convertible.

Yuki's Passion 1
I dont get how people can ski without a toque! Why do people have hats and sunglasses on? Is that the cool instructor look that all the J-peeps go for?
