Looks familiar but cant place a name to it. Will put on my thinking cap

Tsugaike Kogen

That it is. Named after (and co-developed by the owners of) Hunter Mountain ski area in New York, USA.   Over to you, Muikabochi.

Kuma Ski Land

Yup, in Kuma Kogen, Ehime prefecture.

Hints:

--Matsuyama Castle is said by some to be nicknamed "Crow Castle" (カラス城), due to black walls on the main keep. (Though that label seems to be more commonly associated with Matsumoto castle in Nagano.)

--The ruins of the defunct Besshi copper mine, and the pink pin-truss bridge that leads to it (which is apparently rather unique in design for Japan).

--The town of Kuma Kogen hosts the annual Kuma Kogen Rally.

--Ehime is the top producer of Iyokan, advertised in this old (Bubble-era?) commercial:

--Kuma Kogen also hosts the annual Kuma Kogen Hill Climb bike race.

--Goshiki somen (五色そうめん) is a local specialty of the capital of Ehime prefecture, Matsuyama city.
