Saitaman 1
Is there anything worse?! It should be called colored water, not milk.
pie-eater 207
I can manage semi-skimmed but yes full skimmed is just evil.

charlotte 0
It's pretty pointless. Coffee with skimmed mild is just awful. Better for cooking though.
Tubby Beaver 209
whats it like with skimmed milk though Charlotte?
pie-eater 207
Skimmed head off the mild?
HelperElfMissy 42
I prefer skimmed milk... but the brand Tone is my preference, it is great.
pie-eater 207
I'll sell you some whitened water as skimmed milk Mamabear. I'll beat the price of Tone and call it Pies.

muikabochi 208
Sorry to hear that pete. As for milk, we have somewhere between full and no fat.
JA2340 16
Full fat is THE way to go!! Anything else has lost flavour to the removal of fat. In fact, what is usually sold here in Aus as "full fat" has had some of the fat removed for use in manufacture of butter, and other by products. We are lucky here, in that there is a "gold top" milk which is sold by a local dairy which has NO fat removed. They also sell reduced fat and "skim" milk, and they sell an awesome "double cream" that has to be extracted from the container with a spoon, it will not pour!
grungy-gonads 54
There should be an ADDED FAT version too!
klingon 10
ADDED BEER!
js 0
Ah, the old gold and silver bottle tops - I'd get into trouble as a kid because of sticking my finger in the freshly opened bottle just to pinch the cream that floated to the top. I miss glass bottles - the milk tasted 'cleaner' and definitely lasted longer - I suspect the thermal qualities of thick glass are superior to thin plastic. King Island cream - comes in a tub like margarine, so thick it can be spread like it too. SOOOOOO bloody nice. Though, can't help thinking, there is something seriously wrong with drinking the milk of other species?
Tubby Beaver 209
every morning me and my brother would fight over who got the first pour of the milk over our Frosties!! Sometimes if it was too bad, then my mum would tip the bottle up so that the cream would mix with the milk, triggering howls and cries from us
grungy-gonads 54
Frosties?! That's posh, I only got plain Corn Flakes.
panhead_pete 27
Weetbix, cold milk (Lite), few mins = all good.
Tubby Beaver 209
they were probably ASDA's own "Frosted Flakes"
grungy-gonads 54
Weetabix like those. I used to put warm water on corn flakes. Not sure why, I must try that again.
RobBright 35
Weetabix. Man, a couple of those with some ice cold mild and some sugar too would be good. Has anyone seem them in Japan?
Tubby Beaver 209
international stores have the aussie version, Weet-Bix
Ctrl-Z 0
Week-Bix?! Why not Weetabix?! Funny hey. He says grasping for things to find 'funny'.
NoFakie 45
Australian Cadburys does some real weird bars. One like Neapolitan ice cream and another with gummy worms in it. As for skimmed milk, no thanks. My missus likes cream pasta, so we normally have a litre of cream in the fridge anyway!
muikabochi 208
A litre of cream. Yummy.
