Thundercat 60
So, I learned a new English expression from one of my students today. student: "teacher do you have a muffin top?" me: "no. but muffin tops are delicious!" student: "i don't want a muffin top" me: "why not? they're good!" student: "デブã«ãªã‚Šãªããªã„ï¼â€ (i don't want to be fat!) me: "muffin tops aren't that bad for you!" (getting slightly confused) student: "ã‚„ã ï¼â€ã€€(NO!) I thought to myself, "what the hell was that all about". And decided to google "muffin top". I expected to find this: Instead I found this!! ã‚„ã ï¼ï¼ï¼ï¼ All right... so who out there has a muffin top?

pie-eater 207
Those pics above are actually quite tame. Some people back in England might even call that "slim". There are some way way more extreme than that.

scouser 4
On the subject of real muffins, there's a brilliant place in Liverpool that does these huge sticky toffee chocolate muffins. Incredibly sweet, lovely. Perhaps one of the reasons for the other kind of muffin tops!
HelperElfMissy 42
While shopping in the supermarket last week I saw a new cooking pan - it was the "Muffin Top" pan. The marketing line is something like "eat only the best part of the muffin"... I ... ed.

But she doesn't think she is because they pull up and do up. The style is totally wrong for anyone who is not super slim. Low rise jeans should only come in a teensy size.
