Due to some injuries I sustained last year and the resulting bad diet that I incurred because of inactivity I found out since I last posted that my cholesterol is in the VERY bad territory and that I'm roughly 10kg's over weight (hence my blood pressure was too high).

 

So together with my training I've also hit a new diet which has resulted in 7kg's lost over the last 4 weeks. Added to this I'm lifting more at the gym (upper and lower body) so I'm in good shape - and footy training starts tonight!

 

Now I just need to avoid hurting myself again lol.
