We are going to cheer on the boy at his first Water Polo nationals competition. We are staying in a hotel with some friend of ours who are a great laff - so there will be plenty of drinking, chatting and splashing in the pool. I bailed a few days early from Brisbane, he didn't need me there (in fact mother was a bit distracting when you have two whole teams of girls staying with your one boys team!) I have about 3 weeks before heading to Sydney for a few days - so I am going to MAKE THE MOST of being at home. Brisbane was nice, but too sweaty and humid for my liking - got home to the weather turning in Perth - it is feeling like Autumn is here now ... all the leaves are turning brown on the deciduous tree's in my yard, roll on winter!
