scouser 4
The La's, The La's. Has sentimental value, but a great album anywayz. Good bunch of scousers too. Same goes for Ocean Rain, The Bunnymen.

Guest
Album eh. Seems that Danz is the only one here with any shred of taste. Mine - Stones, Let It Bleed
danz 0
well...the music I listen is not engineered for radio play...if you understand what I'm saying... most Top 40 artists, radio play artists are not motivated by the music (in my opinion)...the music I listen to thrives on the live scene, and not so much the albums they prduce...radio play is the last thing on their minds really... but whatever music makes you happy if fine with me... next to skiing, music is definetly my favorite part of life... danz

Ocean11 0
The new Coldplay album is real bore. I'm listening to it now, it all sounds the same, and nothing stands out. One of my fave albums is Veedon Fleece by Van Morrison

rach 1
Ocean, must disagree on the coldplay cd - I love it. I like the first one but this ones a bit meatier (just a bit), great stuff.
Ocean11 0
I noticed the meatiness too, but it all seemed to be in the lyrics. Not much wit in this one, either lyrically or musically. But I'll have another listen I should think.
klingon 10
I prefer their first album, maybe the new one needs more time but for now the earlier stuff sounds better I reckon.
Fullthrottle 0
Nebula's Dos Ep's or Fumanchu's "California Dreaming".. Both albums rock like no tomorrow Full Stoner Rock ..bloody awesome! [This message has been edited by Fullthrottle (edited 31 August 2002).]

scouser 4
I got the new coldplay album just before my travels out of the country over summer. At first I was disappointed in it as much of the style that I liked on the first one seemed to have gone. But after listening to it a lot, really like it now. Still think that Parachutes is better though. Dido's fit.
