Oh my god they are little balls of SUBLIMENESS. I officially HATE YOU ALL - You get awesome snow and now those little balls of heaven. I am salivating just looking at those photo's. Got to have them. MMMMmmmmm yummy in my tummy (god now I have gone delirious).

Nope I am not lending anything, nothing, zero, zip. Sorry I had to hire stuff until I decided I was addicted and then bought all my own gear and up date it each year. People NEVER look after stuff that they borrow. I will try and find an interesting article today that was on the news about new clothes that we buy and the DISGUSTING things that scientist swabbed off them. These clothes were brand new, bought of the rack, still had the labels on and it was DISGUSTING. So I ain't lending my clothes to NOBODY.

You know that is what I love about Japan (as stated in another thread). You fly into Chitose to be warned that we might not be able to land due to blizzard condition - No can't land we are heading back to Haneta (mild disappointment) Oh hang on there is a window in the storm we are going to land. Landed there are our smiling crew to meet us in the freezing conditions - Get into our accomodation around 1am and there they are waiting with a big smile and is there anything we need!! Big difference to Australian service.

Your never to young for anything. I judged at a show a while ago and there was a rider in my tiny tot class with nappies on under her jodhpurs and in between classes she would suck on her bottle, she was only 2 1/2 yrs - Her parents couldn't get her off the horse!! Very Cute. Make sure you show all your fantastic photo's to all those fuddy duddies who thought it was abuse taking him to the snow!!!

Okay once I got past the fact that that was a girl up there THEN I spotted the ladder going up to the next level of the roof. Do they classify this as an extreme sport in Japan. Thanks M we really enjoy these pictures . It will be my goal when in japan 1) Cho yummy donut and 2) picture of someone on their roof!

I have also been watching the JAL situation very closely as we are all flying JAL in Feb. I was assuming that if JAL file bankruptcy the Japanese Government were going to step in and prop them up. Have just read an article that said that the Japanese government have asked the banks to refinance JAL??

Phheewwww !!! thanks for the replies. I was getting a little stressed, I have been pretty spoilt the few years with no queues anywhere. MB will definately be heading over to Annapuri I love it over there thought I was the most clever snow plougher in the world to make it over there by myself last year only to find on coming back that hideous chairlift with the magic carpet. Mikes Posts last year where so brilliant and his photo's where totally spectacular SO this year when it was posted that he had to go home to look after his parents everyone was sadden 1) For his parents and 2) The Famous MikePow Threads weren't going to be there and he was going to be missing a season in his beloved Niseko (and surrounding fields). So for those of us Mike Pow groupies eventually the question was going to come up on how he was doing. Once again it could have been how was he doing handle withdrawals from hitting the slopes everyday or how was he himself was doing?? No

Going to get this blown up for my 21yr old nephew and hang it above his bed so he can look at it every morning at 10am when he wakes up and then again at 11am when he finally gets up!!
