Can anyone explain to me why kids seem to wear school uniforms during school holidays? I find it really strange and even more confusing when I notice it's not all of them. Kids back home sure wouldn't be doing that on a holiday!

With friends and accpeting the mats and not being able to see much, great fun!

I'm going through some old Bowie albums. I even got out the Glass Spider bootlegs I have (what was he thinking??) Some classic material though, love Bowie.

I got my first telescope when I was 5. Ever since then I've been fascinated with the stars and later on astronomy. I've recently bought a new heavy duty telescope and found a local club that I'm going to join which I'm well pleased about it. (I see that in the UK the Jodrell Bank facility is in danger of being shut down, which would be a great shame). Anyone else into it here?

Anyone been to Madarao lately? I'm thinking of doing a day there in between some time at Nozawa and Myoko. It looks fairly decent (especially connected to that Tangram resort).

Well I am working so hard that I don't get out and have tons of fun that often. You get tired of that lot anyway. A visit to the big city every now and again would be more than enough to satisfy those needs I think.

In Tokyo. How I would like to live in the countryside.

Went on a holiday with some friends and the snow was nearby so we went for a day. Went snowboarding and enjoyed it. Going to be skiing this season.

Used to snowboard but last season I was skiing and will be this season too
