So now the very likely most important witness is allowed to sell her story to a newspaper such as that even before the accused has been charged?

I need a holiday. (>_<) -
Quote: Yeah I think he's a really great guy. Totally misunderstood. Someone's setting him up. And is there a softer target than a 60-year old ex-rock star with a prior but without the benefit of the vagaries of a legal system like the US? I am not saying he hasn't done anything but how come in these sort of cases we never hear anything about the 'supplier/procurer/oppressor' who is surely more guilty?

Quote: Glitter is worse than either of them Now, how'd you know that? He is not even convicted yet. And shouldn't the people who are directly responsible for the misfortune of these children e.g. the pimps, the 'facilitators' and people who took, or permitted the taking of, photographs of these children (in some case possibly the parents) receive a more severe penalty than the customer?

Professional tuning
Siren replied to tsondaboy's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
I have my board waxed in Alpen in Kanda and they are reasonable: 1,500 and takes about a week. (Don't know about other services I don't plan to use a board for more than 2/3 years). But usually if you want a full tune up it will take at least 2-3 weeks in Tokyo. Can't tell about the quality as I don't really care. -
Something from Alba Rosa - but that could be too trendy for Australia.

I’d settle for ‘in the same bed with a Scandinavian triplet’

Come on - we will all die one day anyway.

Thanks. I don't care about the Mag 8 but Rahul you'd better be right about her.
-
I hope I can charm her to come over. Wish me luck. Where the hell is Rahul when you need him?

This is work, Ocean. I think this one has more instinct to go for the throat than anything else, which I like. It is a gift.
-
OK, Rahul, just for fun, when is the next ‘big one’? By the by, and this is off topic, I interviewed (with the intention to hire) someone today and I took an instant liking for her. Do you think the planets Saturn, Jupiter etc at the moment are in favour?
-
Rahul, you know what - you have a good product (to be fair, he did get it quite right about the date) but you need packaging!!

Thanks for the photo. So this is how it starts. Never live near a resort to see this kind of work. -
Any ski resort open this month?
Siren replied to bunalex's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
Agree - I went there once and it was not that bad consider it was mid November. And it is only just over an hour on the shink. Some people were playing tennis there! -
