I enjoyed watching Flags of our Fathers. Watching the Japanese one tonight (Letters from Iwojima)

There was a "Special Report" on the national news just before about foreigners being responsible for all crime in Japan. And getting worse! Or something like that. It lasted about 10 minutes. The reporters looked very concerned.

Haha I laughed when I read that. I was sure they'd scrape through. (My dad told me).

.....and on the other end of the scale, Blades of Glory had some laughs.

Drug Lords The Rise and Fall of the Cali Cartel. It's an expose of the Columbian drug traffikers who traded cocaine had fights and got bloody before being brought down. Fascinating read.

Control, the one about Ian Curtis (Joy Division). A good watch.

Was in Tokyo, then in Osaka, then back the the UK - now back in Tokyo.

The last time I was on here was about 3 or 4 years ago. Couldn't believe how much it has changed. A good thing, it's a wicked website. Japan and people interested in the snow here are real lucky to have it.

When I first joined here I was skiing. That was a few years back. Been snowboarding the last few seasons. Good to be back. My, this site has changed a lot!
