  1. I knew something was up with spoggo selling so much new and barely used gear in the classifieds! You are an unethical loser spoggo!
  2. Some kind of grime/dirt got onto the inside of my goggles and I tried to rub it off with the goggles pouch but it just smeared it all over the inside of the lens so now I can't see clearly out of them Any tips on what to use to remove the crap without damaging the lens? Cheers all
  3. Evian is the best water I've tasted although even Tokyo tap water tastes good after waking up with a mean hangover
  4. Shintaro Ishihara the mayor of Tokyo. The guy is the biggest tosser I've ever heard speak. He does nothing but instigate tension with other asian coutries and all foreigners in Japan for that matter. He needs a bullet sandwich.
  5. Kinmedai is a Nannagai in Oz. Hoke is a cod. Barramundi is Barra is good!
  6. Heh Bushpig. No waves in Bridgetown mate as it's about 70km's from the coast! I'm a born and bred Scarbs lad by the way.
  7. pink snapper is the Oz trans for red snapper/tai
  8. Go The Eagles! And down with soccer. It's a poofs game!
  9. Saw The Pixies at Zepp Tokyo last Monday. They rocked! Everyone I talked to after the gig was well stoked. They played all the hits plus many more. Frank Black is absolutely huge! The guys been eating for the last 12 years
  10. I had a wicked laugh at everyones reply's! People in my office were looking at me and asking why I was laughing. My two bobs worth is that farting in bed isn't enough to kick her out or leave her. If that was the norm then my misses would have kicked me outta home years ago.
  11. I'll be there too toque. You wanna meet? I'm not sexy though
  12. Manza Onsen in Gunma. No train stations near the place so never crowded. Great, consistent dry pow and awesome tree run off the top. Top onsens too!
  13. Hi natfu. I'll give you straight answer unlike the wannabe comedians. Take all the yen you think you're gonna need for your entire trip. There are no ATMs or currency exchanges in Niseko and I don't think travellers checks are widely accepted. I guess there's a currency exchange at Chitose airport??? Hope this helps
  14. RockyV. Lay of the newcomers. Nipstars question is fair enough. When someone asks you whats the best movie you've seen? you just answer. You don't ask if you want a sci-fi, action, or whatever genre answer do ya? If I ask whats the best ski field in Japan I want someones straight answer not a dressing down about how to ask questions online and how to gain "respect"
  15. Peter Fonda. Go away and don't come back! If you've got nothing positive to say then keep it to yourself
  16. Niseko, Happo-one, Hakkouda. In no particular order. All different but have they're individual appeal.
  17. Heh Ausbc. I've been to Whistler and Niseko and the Aussies I met in Whistler were all chilled and relaxed. I guess because they're working and don't have that "no cares, on holiday" attitude. Niseko on the other hand is fulla Aussies there for a week or whatever and treat the place like it's their local pub back home. Niseko used to be a real quiet, relaxed powder heaven with no nightlife. Now it's a slightly noisier powder heaven, still with no nightlife. Enjoy though. I wish I was there for the season!
  18. A rather unfortunate aspect of Aussie culture at times is getting aggressive when out drinking socially. Aussies in close proximity plus beer plus a lack of babes=fights. I think I may go to Hakuba this year.
  19. Far out! Aussie invasion at Niseko this season! Is there enough beer in stock in Niseko? There better be otherwise there could be trouble.
  20. Is it possible to re-waterproof ski wear with those can sprays? Or should I just buy new wear? I've had enough of the snow melting on my pants and getting wet. What's people's experiences with those sprays?
