I bought myself a bike and have been doing some long rides at the weekend and 15-20km in most evenings. I'm really enjoying it though I'm not sure how much it's burning off. I just hate the idea of jogging and going to the gym.

Arenthere any of the old style noisy flashing lights pachinko parlours where you are (those in Japan of course). It seems almost without me noticing, and only on my dad asking are they still around, that there aren't any left in my area. The pachinko places are a much less gaudy now.
