Lots of it is all like 'I've got a bigger cucumber than you have' isn't it? Personally I don't really care where anyone else loves or likes, after all it doesn't affect me. I like what I like, surely that's the whole point. For me, that's variety as well. I'm not that interested in going back to the same places time and time again without exploring other places. It just seems so... limiting. Which is a shame really when there are so many excellent places to check out.

Kusatsu!

47 and Goryu are connected. Cortina and Norikura are connected. That's as far as the connections go though. With Naeba, Kagura, Gala/Ishiuchi, Yuzawa Kogen, Iwappara, Kandatsu and a few more I haven't mentioned and even more just closeby in Minamiuonuma, I think it's plenty big. You can easy spend a week in Yuzawa and not get bored at all.

White World is actually in Katashina village, not Minakami and a bit far away to group with those places. How about the region in Gifu with those resorts.... what do people call that area, Gujo?

I will be spending about 3 weeks in Zao in January and 2 weeks in Kusatsu in February. Helping out some friends. Other than that I want to get to some other places around Gunma and Niigata.
