The snow clouds remain over us.

It doesn't feel quite as cold this morning (still cold though) and we're back to snow falling from the skies and 20+cm on the ground.

No fresh snow being reported overnight apart from 2cm from the Uenotaira area.

Happy to report some decent snowfall during the day yesterday.

Well, this morning is better than yesterday which was not a very appealing on in terms of weather conditions.

It's weekend time again and Nozawa is already feeling up for a busy weekend.

Some fresh snow to report to start February off. The resort reports 25cm of fresh on the top Yamabiko area with 10-15cm on lower areas.

Good morning from a calmer and brighter Nozawa.

I like being able to report 30cm of fresh snowfall in a morning.

After a busy weekend in Nozawa here we are back on a Monday morning.

Another 25cm being reported since yesterday afternoon by the resort and there would have been more during the day too.
