Good morning from a calmer and brighter Nozawa.
It is going to be a very fine day. Already lots of blue sky higher up, and once the lower cloud clears up I think we are on for lots of sun. Sunscreen recommended. It's a cold start to the morning and if the forecasts are right it won't be getting too mild during the day.
The resort is reporting up to 15cm of snow since yesterday morning with around 5cm on lower areas.
Snow should be falling once again come tomorrow.
Fresh snowfall reported by the ski resort (since yesterday morning):
- Yamabiko (1407m): 15cm
- Uenotaira (1230m): 14cm
- Hikage (660m): 5cm
- Nagasaka (615m): 5cm
- Karasawa (563m): 5cm

- Uenotaira (1230m): 300cm
- Hikage (660m): 220cm
