You think the snow can’t fall any faster, or in bigger quantities, and then we get a morning like today.

A little later report today (after powder on green runs yesterday!), and pleased to say that all the resorts have new information up! Must have been reading SnowJapan.

Kind of an early report today (going skiing!), so most of the resorts still haven’t reported.

Lots of snow this morning; your correspondent had some work to do last night, so couldn’t start the plowing fun from 5am as usual... so I wasn’t done until a bit ago.

After the fun of yesterday (the usual excitements of snow country; I wasn’t alone in having the gas leak or get shut off), I thought it might be nice to sleep in at least a little bit.

Some crazy snow and wind last night, and a pretty good addition to the snowpack this morning. It’s still coming down steadily now, if it is pretty fine flakes.

Well, we got snow, and it’s still coming down (lightly), and there was a touch of wind, but none of these things arrived in large quantities.

We’re primed for a monster snowfall, and it didn’t come at the usual pre-dawn plowing times, but it’s really coming down now.

It kept snowing throughout the day yesterday and into the night, but not that much more total.

Good snow yesterday and into the night; not huge yet, but it’s still snowing and it’s supposed to keep today and tomorrow, maybe even heaviest on the 31st.

The snow has started to fall, coming down pretty heavy at times then slowing a bit.
